NDA Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Confidentiality‑First Engagements
Our enterprise clients operate in highly competitive global markets where technology architecture represents a significant strategic advantage. We do not publish client names, use logo rosters, or share product case studies. Our strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy ensures your trade secrets, operational workflows, and competitive edge remain private.
1. Initial Consultation Protection
All data, organization details, and messages submitted through our **Consultation Wizard** or sent to our desks are protected under default confidentiality policies from the moment of receipt. We do not distribute or share your partnership intent with third parties.
2. Mutual NDA Requirement
Before we share detailed system specifications, codebase architectures, interface mockups, or custom demos of our core intelligence layers (such as *TravelTech OS* or *GovTech OS*), we require executing a **bilateral, Mutual Non‑Disclosure Agreement (MNDA)**.
This standard contract ensures that:
- Your operational metrics, database details, and custom requirements are legally protected.
- Pdway Agency's proprietary AI modules, architectural blueprints, and source models are legally protected.
- Any data shared during exploratory discussions cannot be utilized or exposed outside the partnership.
3. Execution Process
Getting protected is a streamlined, 3-step process:
Request
Submit your initial inquiry via the Consultation Wizard.
Review
Receive our standard MNDA or submit your own corporate draft.
Execute
Digitally sign the agreement via secure e-signature.
4. Request standard draft
To request our standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement for review, or to send your legal department's template, contact our contracts desk directly:
